Influence of Some Intestinal Microorganisms and Antibiotics on the Effect of Growth of Candida Albicans

Abstract
Candida albicans was influenced its activity by various condition and factors. The study was performed to observe the budding cell number change and growth colony change on the influence of some intestinal microorganisms which was mixed cultured condition.
The strain of Candida albicans and intestinal microorganisms (B. coli, staphylococcus and streptococeus) was isolated from stool cultivation. Culture was done on Sabouraud¢¥s glucose broth and counting number was performed by using of flood cell counting chamber.
Culture inhibit method was modified the paper disk diffusion method.
The results is as follows:
1. On mixed culture method, intestinal microorganisms obtained from stool cultivation can
not inhibit the growth and reproduction activity of Candida albicans.
2. Some antibiotics can not inhibit the growth of Candida albicans on paper disk diffusion
method.
